Subway - Upland

The service was satisfactory. However, the tables, chairs, and floors were unclean. The neighborhood is pleasant, and there is ample parking available. The food was tasty, although the prices are somewhat elevated. The Subway could use a thorough cleaning. It's also not difficult to locate the Subway.

The restaurant offers outstanding fresh vegetables, meats, and bread. The service is quick and friendly.

I visited this Subway on a beautiful afternoon to enjoy a fresh sandwich. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the manager, Carmen, who was incredibly professional and efficient—providing excellent customer service. The sandwich itself was a solid 10/10! I will definitely recommend this place to others!

Curbside pickup is available only from 11a~7p. Items for in-store pick up are conveniently located in front of you as you enter/next to the cash register/drink dispenser. Food was fine, the pickled stuff like pickles and banana peppers are a littletoo salty. Veggies looked green and fresh, which goes against my experience with most Subways. I ordered ahead with the app buthad trouble with it, and was charged twice without realizing. The workers made both orders and when I was informed that I hadpaid for two orders, I tried to cancel/refund but was refused because they had already made the food . I get it, but I 've alsoseen other Subway restaurants literally trash good food because the order was wrong or cancelled. Had they offered me thechoice, I probably would have not trashed the sandwich. But what frustrated me was that they didn 't give me the choice of mymoney back. Guess I 'm eating soggy sandwiches all day tomorrow, I guess. Boo. Still, a decent place.

I ordered a sandwich that looked crispy, but I was very disappointed with what I received. The staff seemed indifferent and didn’t want to be bothered. I definitely won’t be coming back.
