Dunkin' - Upper Lake

I never thought the pre-order from a donut shop was the best of ideas, I swear to be wrong, never tasted so well. I went back through the line to order 12 more! I'll have another donut! And the other food is well made and decent. I putb5 stars, it deserves 7.

The donuts were good but the service was unsavory. I used the app to order the 50 piece Munchkins and a frozen hot chocolate with caramel swirl. I got half the Munchkins and no caramel in my drink. The staff seemed irritated and rude when my son went back in for the other half of the Munchkins we didn't receive. I didn't even bother to mention the drink, it was tasty enough without the caramel. I'll stick to the friendly family owned donut place now. Third visit there and same experience each time.

They offer quick, friendly customer service and the location is really convenient so i could pick up a quick drink or snack on the way.

Convenient location and quick, friendly service. Nice that a BR and Dunkin' are in the same location.

My kids really love this restaurant! My daughter, who is autistic, particularly enjoys the ice cream.
