Kfc - Upper Lambourn

Total joke of a place. Waiting over an hour and still not received our order. Service shocking, manager walking around with the phone stuck to his ear. They just don’t seem to have a clue what they are doing. Very unhappy and trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth

Totally rubbish tonight variety meal is supposed to be different pieces ?? not all drumsticks surely and it was that dry and crisp it must of been on shelf for hours ??

We arrive here after travelling 4 hrs to go home and another 3 hrs to go. We got there for 10:30pm to be told they have hardly any food left. We all had three pieces off chicken fillets and chips each. They told us they normal shut at 10pm and selling off what bits off food they had left. We thought it was way to early to be shutting when it at a welcome break. Back home mine KFC doesn't shut till midnight.

Since they asked for a review here it is. The chicken was undercooked. Thanking my lucky stars none of us got food poisoning.

Ordered a couple of meals and some hot wings, got home and no hot wings in the bag, thanks.
