I’m completely done with this place. The last few times I visited, the food has been dreadful. My sandwich was soaked in old oil, giving a nasty taste to everything – the fish, fries, you name it! Even the salad had that off-putting flavor. The staff member present looked unwell and had a terrible attitude. When I asked if he was sick, he replied, "I guess so." Honestly, he looked the part. If he is indeed feeling ill, he shouldn’t be at work, especially without a mask. I’m not sure if he was also cooking the food since sometimes they do that when it’s slow. I just hope the food is safe. At this point, I'm really disappointed by what used to be a good spot. These "Americas Best Wings" from Safeway are much better than what I've seen here, and it’s clearly time for a change in how things are run.

The wings were well-baked and generously sauced, with a delightful garlic parmesan flavor that I truly enjoyed. However, I had issues with the wings being overcrowded, which is why I can’t give them a full five stars. I was informed that my order of 30 wings would be ready in just 10 minutes. This raised a red flag for me, as it suggested that the food might be pre-prepared and simply reheated. Unfortunately, reheated chicken often turns out to be a bit dry and tough, and that's exactly what I experienced here. It’s a shame because the garlic parmesan sauce was absolutely delicious. So while I appreciated the great flavor, the wings were overcooked, somewhat dry, and occasionally tough due to being precooked and then heated. I believe management would benefit from slowing down their operations and prioritizing quality over speed. Customers are willing to wait for great food. It might also be wise to encourage customers to place their orders in advance or online to ensure they receive high-quality meals. This would definitely be an improvement over the current system of reheating pre-cooked chicken.

I recently visited America's Best and was pleasantly surprised by the variety on the menu. Initially, I was looking for healthier options, and to my delight, I found some. I ordered the garden salad, which came loaded with toppings like tomatoes, onions, green peppers, jalapeños, cheese, olives, and banana peppers—there were so many that I probably should have asked for fewer. I also tried the steamed vegetables, which were actually grilled rather than steamed, but even though they were frozen, I enjoyed them. For my main course, I ordered all the wings with the "bomb" seasoning. They were fried, making for a tasty treat, but they turned out a bit too hard and overly crispy for my liking. Overall, I had more food than I could finish, and I left feeling satisfied. I'll definitely be back, and next time I plan to try the fish!

This is my favorite place of America's Best Wings. I prefer to fried my wings hard, and they make them PERFECT every time. And their wings have great taste!

The worst chicken I have ever tasted. Dried out and fried so hard you could break your teeth. Absolutely no flavor.
