Starbucks - UPPER MARLBORO

This is the Starbucks located within the Safeway. I've stopped here many times to get a mocha as I walk around the store getting groceries. The staff are professional, friendly, and they make a point to remember your name. Turnaround time is usually pretty quick. Sometimes there's A-line and a wait but never more than 5 or 10 minutes. There is a seating area but it's not very big, and located next to the Safeway's exit.

Slowest Starbucks on Earth! I was one of two people in line. 10 min to take my one cup order. 8 minutes to get. One employee behind counter.. Really unacceptable!

I do not always purchase Starbucks drinks. Yet they are carrying a hot version of the only drink I purchase, Matcha Green Tea. Imagine going to this establishment to hear they are out of hot cups. Really!

I have only visited this Starbucks 3 times and was only able to get coffee once out of these threes times. The other two times the espresso machine was always down...waste of time.

I was observing the barista making my drink today and noticed that she was not using the two different teabags required for a medicine ball, which are the peach tranquility and jade citrus mint. She got offended when I asked why only the one kind of tea. She kept mumbling loud enough for me to hear her and told me again that was how Safeway Starbucks made them and that I could have my money back. Great customer service!!!! I did get my money back. What I should have done, was get my tip back out of the tip cup also.
