Forsters Moutere Hills - Upper Moutere

Love this place! The lunch was awesome! We ordered the Forsters Long board (6 diff tapas from curried lentils, pork jelly, beef stew etc), Freedom Farms trio of pork (I find the pork a little dry) and the desserts short board (3 different desserts that were so yummy). Oh my word! The decor in this restaurant is very basic. However, the food was some of the best we have eaten in years. Creative in flavours and presentation, excellent friendly service and obviously great wine (and surprisingly good value). We had been told this is the 'go to ' place to eat in the region. Spot on.
