Shotzy's Grille - Upper Sandusky

The food was fantastic, but the service was incredibly disappointing. My boyfriend's elderly grandmother had to request ice six times, while the staff seemed more focused on attending to the dogs of other patrons than helping her. While the meal was delicious, the overall service was simply unacceptable.

The service was excellent, although the air conditioning was broken and it was quite warm inside. It took a while for them to prepare a sandwich and a salad, and I thought the salad was rather small for $11. They were also out of some ingredients. However, I appreciated their sincere apologies for the delays and issues. The food was tasty, and they have a great selection of craft beers. I would definitely consider returning, and I recommend that you give this place a chance if you find the menu appealing.

I've never been to this place before, and in fact, I've never even visited Ohio. I'm not quite sure how I ended up here—I'm definitely not any kind of tech wizard. Using this phone feels like trying to navigate with a blindfold on while getting directions from someone who can't see either! Nonetheless, this place looks fantastic! It makes me wish I lived nearby.

Went for walleye takeout dinners a salad and mozzarella sticks. Sticks were burnt. Pretty sure fish was processed and not anything that resembled looking or tasting like walleye I’ve ever had. Should have stuck with salads. Used to be a good place to eat
