Pizza Girls Katch Seafood

I have been getting pizza and donairs from there for years and today tried their sushi for the first time. Way better than Sushi Nami! Well made, lots and flavor and customer love infused!

I 've enjoyed this spot for a while and I don 't know if it 's new management or not, but my last experience was terrible. I ordered a large pizza and 10 wings, and was told 45 minutes. After 90 minutes I called back to ask where it was and was told, sorry, we 're really busy and the driver will be back in 10 minutes for your order. 30 minutes later I called again. This time I was told that they were down to one driver and my order had still not left. I asked why they didn 't bother to tell me but the man just said we 're just busy . I told them if the food didn 't arrive in 15 minutes to keep it. 20 minutes later the food arrived. Now, after almost 2.5 hours you would think the order would be free. At least the wings would be right? Nope. And on the wings, I asked for the sauce on the side but of course it wasn 't. A small thing maybe but considering everything else, it just added to the bad experience. The driver was genuinely sorry but when I asked why I wasn 't called, especially when I ensured they had my number, and that it took a ridiculous amount of time, all he could tell me was he 'd talk to his manager. Horrible. The pizza was good, but customer service and care for long time clients sucked, period. I may try them one more time but honestly, if that 's how they now serve year 's long customers, there 's other good places to move on to. They get a one because the pizza is still good, but wow, what a disappointment on the customer service side. If I could give a zero, something I 've never considered before for any place I 've ordered from, I would have. Not on the food, the pizza was still good, but for the management 's care and concern for their long time customers.

Update:A Canadian Classic pizza doesn’t mean overly sweet sauce, we were charged $2.00 for the donair sauce (which came only on the side and no cheese), and no addressing the stale pita bread. Nothing to call back about, we were very disappointed in the food and will not return.Original review:Way too much sugar in their pizza sauce. We found it so sweet and unappealing.Donair was wrapped in an incredibly stale pita, and the sauce was on the side and an extra charge.We will not be ordering from them again.Would give 0 stars if possible. This is my first review ever, it was just that bad I wanted to warn everyone.

Update: October 3022 owner reached out and gets his customers mixed up cause we definitely never called about the donairs or whatever he is ranting about. It’s okay. I’ll never go here againThanks for thatwhat the eff is going on??!Ordered for pickup on Sunday October 23 For $65 dollars we got the saddest cheese pizza (like a Highschool cafeteria pizza is better) garlic fingers that had no garlic and 2 donairs which Were NOT donairsThe first red flag was the call this really should have been my sign to give up on this place get asked if I wanted a donair pizza or poutine and I kept saying a ‘donair with a pita with the works” and they had no idea what a donair was 2 hard pitas with microwaved donair meat no topping no sauceThe 2 guys working there obviously had zero clue as to what was going onThe “chef” was using his hands (no gloves) going from the microwave to oven to handling the cheese without washing his hands super grossNever again and I encourage you to do the same.

I hate leaving negative feedback, but I just feel like you guys shouldn’t be making sushi and should just stick to pizza and other things. The sushi just isn’t good. I’ve had it twice(second time being the second chance) and it was just so disappointing. The rice was over cooked mush both times. I’m sure this is the part where the owner replies and says their sushi is good… lol. I know my sushi and this is trash.
