Feedback gevenWe had eggs benedict and the whole dish was a huge dissapointment. It was cold, egg too runny and coverd with some weird green sauce that was named “hollandaise” though tasted nothing like the real stuff. I also orderd tea and expected real brewed fresh tea for the outrageous prices on the menu. What I got was lipton package tea in a tiney cup. The whole experience was overpriced and lackluster. Wouldn’t recommend it.
Manuel was fantastic, really knows his stuff and made he made me a great drink. He even offered recommendations based on my favourite drink.
Manuel was absolutely amazing! Made us the best specialty cocktails based on our drink preferences. Definitely ask for him when you go!
We have a really good dinner at Picnic, also with a vegetarian option, and Manuel was very kind to us.
Visits in October and Dezember 2019 (and future) October: only Bar (multiple times and restaurant one time) Dezember: Hotel, Bar (more than once yet again) and restaurant. The first time I was in Uppsala I stayed in a different hotel but kinda got into that bar (others of the group where staying here). A small selection of beers on tap (I like the Texas) and a very nice barkeeer (Jacob) who clearly loves his job. Restaurant: OIne evening we got there for dinner and I had the mixed grill (choice of chef) and dare I say it.... AMAZING. Now the second time around, I also stay in the hotel above (Radisson Blu). The rooms are clean, the breakfast very good and the staff (hotel and restaurant) very friendly. Pricing is at Uppsala standard. Parking in the garage across the street (150 SKR/night) at Uppsala standard all in all a pleasant experience.
