Feedback gevenAlways fresh food, great service, respectful, and again, everything I've ordered is terrific. I recommend the chicken sub, sweet potato fries and all the wings.
Was disappointed in the portion size of their chicken teriyaki. I went in thinking I asked for just chicken and rice. It came out with literally the bottom full of white rice, almost to the top, lots of shredded cabbage which don 't get me wrong...looked sooo good. But the amount of chicken they gave me was the equivalent to 1/3 cup of chicken. Smd it was spread out. Now, granted, if it were for me and not my 5 year Olds, I would have probably just complained about the portion size of the chicken but it wasn 't even worth the $14 they charged me. The guy who may well be the manager was nice about refunding my money though. I felt like he spent a lot of time to prep the food and present it beautifully, but was disappointed that I didn 't want it. I felt kind of bad but it 's my money and it honestly wasn 't worth it. I 've eaten here before about two years ago, maybe a year and it seems like they 're under new management. The lady who may be either the owner or the other manager was training a young black guy at the register. I didn 't like that she didn 't let him train . He greeted me, took my order and when I asked for white rice, he apparently had to look for it. I was ok with this because for one, he 's a young black male willing to learn and work. So I would wait ALLLL day. But she would not let him be great. As soon as he started looking for the rice, she took over instantly. Mattee of fact, she concluded my order. I did not like that. The phone had rang while I was waiting and instead of her having him answer and attempt to place the order, she says I got it . Didn 't sit too well with me. The restaurant However is really clean. Restroom was clean and so was the area where the beverages are. Iced tea and lemonade were both sweet and to perfection . Overall, good vibe. FYI, I did order more than just the chicken teriyaki. And I 've eaten here in the past.
My response to the response of the response….*sigh* I stand by my experience. You and I were both there. Pretending publicly that you don’t know what happened and changing the response constantly to battle mine won’t fix this. Im even more appalled today than I was yesterday. This experience has been horrendous from the time I stepped foot into your establishment until now. I did not feel welcomed there, period. Do better. Make people feel welcomed if they haven’t given you a reason to do otherwise. Thee absolute end. Respond if you want, my feed back is my feedback, and my experience is my experience. My response: You and I both tried that in person. I don’t care what others have experienced, that has nothing to do with how I was treated, unprovoked. I can only talk about my experience. You were determined to make me not feel welcomed, or respected over a bathroom which is completely unacceptable. It even shows in the response here with you belittling my experience, right before condescendingly asking to resolve it in person. I don’t feel safe with that due to your undertone. My review is my review due to my extremely poor experience tonight. I should have never been disrespected for any reason at all, especially when I asked a simple question in the kindest tone. Judging me about a bathroom I have never used is just as ridiculous as letting me know that you think I’m going to steal from your store because others have done so… that has absolutely nothing to do with me. The moral of this story is, do better. No one should ever have to leave an establishment feeling disrespected and disregarded. I wish that it wasn’t true how nasty the man behind the counter was tonight. I simply greeted him to pick up an order, and was greeted with a nasty and condescending tone when I asked to use the restroom while picking up food from them. Nothing less than poor customer service, and an extreme lack of competence when it comes to interacting with the public.
Pretty good wings. I got the old bay wings. They were good had to pay extra for wings only. Got a half and half it's was very good.
Phone service are horrible unprofessional who is running this place
