Feedback gevenI had a fantastic experience during my two visits. It was my first time trying Blaze, and the employees were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu options. Additionally, based on other reviews, it's worth noting that many of the staff are students who balance their work with full-time class schedules.
Absolutely fantastic experience! The custom pizza was incredible, and the staff were very friendly.
The workers here are very rude and unprofessional. Upon walking up, they were all standing around talking and laughing with each other while it looked like only two of them were actually doing work. And some of them even had headphones in. I came here to use a coupon for 'buy one pizza get one free '. I got two simple pies. When it came time to pay, the worker couldn 't figure out how to apply the coupon so she called over who I assume was the manager or supervisor. The manager, with an attitude, came over and said that we had to buy a drink in order to use the coupon. I read that coupon and the fine print twice before using it and nowhere on the coupon did it say that you must buy a drink so I politely asked the worker to point out where it said that and she couldn 't even show me nor could the manager. The manager then took the coupon out of my hands and threw it away saying I don 't have time for this and gave us the deal without buying a drink. At that point we decided that we didn 't even want to do business here so we asked for the coupon back. She said no, it 's in the trash. I don 't dig in the trash and refused to give us the coupon back after we asked her to several times. After going back and forth about it she finally reached into a jar and gave us an old used coupon for a free pizza. I said I didn 't want that because I was afraid it wouldn 't work because it had already been used. So she gave us a different copy of the same coupon that we came in with. Once she gave us that, we asked her who the owner was she said I 'm the owner and we said No you 're not then she said she was the manager. Then we asked for her name she said I don 't have a name . We then asked about contact information for a district manager or anyone above her and she said I don 't give out people 's information and refused to give us a phone number or email or anything. Meanwhile, all the other workers were in the background laughing AND a line was forming. In the end, we ended up not even wanting the pizzas anymore so good thing we hadn 't paid yet because I 'm not sure if the manager would 've even given us our money back. And apparently this isn 't the first time that people have had a hard time with this manager so I don 't understand why shes still working there. I 've provided a picture of the coupon and it does not say that you have to purchase a drink.
Do not apply hear unprofessional and will waste your time
When Blaze first opened, it was decent, but then it seemed to decline; getting a pizza took ages, and it didn’t taste quite right. However, lately, it has been fantastic! I accidentally discovered this because I had stopped going, but now I visit at least three times a week because the food is so good. They’ve really turned things around—great job!
