Frisch's Big Boy Restaurants - Urbana

I eat here very often and now that they have new menus, it is even better

Dining in has always been an excellent experience. I've had some issues with the drive through, forgetting certain food items, and the worst was getting a large drink dumped into my car. But, those issues are few and far between, still sticks with me though.

The food and service were excellent, and the restaurant was clean and organized. This was my first time visiting a Big Boy restaurant outside of Michigan, and it was a very enjoyable experience. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The service at this restaurant is excellent - friendly and attentive to the customer's needs. The buffet offers delicious options, particularly the brupper and bacon dishes. I highly recommend it.

The chef prepared my meal and my eggs were cooked unevenly, as they were cracked directly into my dish. However, Steve was a fantastic manager and provided excellent customer service. He showed great care and even gave me a complimentary breakfast. Thank you Steve, you are truly remarkable.
