Best chain Burritos in town. It's hard to hit the fresh tortillas. Also great fresh ingredients. Once we had to wait for the meat to cook, but they felt bad to give us Burritos free. Very recommended!

I like what they're doing here. The fresh packaging and the mix of ingredients is a beautiful touch. I recommend the hot sauce. The only problem is that the person who packs the Burritos is not good in it, then you will get a mess.

Friendly staff, good burritos and the blue corn chips are excellent! Portions are big, I've finished food, and I have half left for lunch tomorrow. That was my first visit, and I'm back.

I’m a regular customer who always order burrito with carnitas, hot sauce, veggies, pickled onions, cheese, etc . So far, I have always been satisfied with my food. The food has always been good and delicous. The Customer Service have been great every time especially, there is one lady manager at the Urbana location who seems to be very, very nice and I appreciate the way she treats customers. I will definitely recommend Pancheros to my friends because they do a pretty descend job!

This used to be one of my favorites! However, they seemed to have a bunch of newer employees, and they don't seem to be doing as good as the other employees did. First off, the cook that made my food (a simple quesadilla to TEN MINUTES to cook it. She was crazy slow. She was actually talking to a fellow co-worker and was saying that she never cooked at home. (It all made since once I heard that. The food itself didn't taste terrible, but it definitely tasted a bit different. I've gone there twice since they've gotten new employees, and both times I've ran to the bathroom and got sick shortly after. I don't think things are being kept at the right temps. This is sad, because I used to LOVE this place, but after getting sick off of it twice, I'm very hesitant to return.
