Steak N Shake - Urbana

I've been going to this Steak Shake for many years. They had a spell a few months ago when the service slipped as the food didn't come hot, etc. They seem to have fixed these problems. The last few times I was there, the service was great, the food was hot good, and the shakes were perfect!

The service has improved considerably. The burgers are the best. I like the skinny crispy French fries

Actually, Trip was pretty good. Service was good.. Food was good..

My favorite place to meet up with friends when I come back for a visit

This location wasn't too busy when we ordered from the drive through. That quickly changed after we placed our order. The employees at the pay window and the pick up window were friendly, and the order was prepared as requested. All in all, a positive experience.
