Casey's - Urbandale

My friend and I always order pizza from this place on Saturday evenings—they practically know us by now! He placed our usual order for tonight, but when we arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time, they had forgotten to make it. This Casey's used to have great staff in the kitchen, but it seems like they’re now falling short. They might want to reconsider who’s working in the kitchen.

Justin was so helpful, I was having a bad day and he went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good shopping experience and found what I needed. He truly made my day and is a wonderful person. If he isn't already a manager he so should be. Keep up the good work Justin. If you see this

I placed an order an hour and a half ago and went to pick it up, only to wait 20 minutes, only to be told that they didn't have my order. I showed them the confirmation on my phone, but they insisted they couldn't find it. When I called to speak with the manager about the situation, she hung up on me. Very rude service.

I visit this place frequently mainly because of the excellent service. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I also feel that gas prices are usually a bit lower here. This is definitely my favorite Casey's. The store has a well-organized layout, making it easy to find everything I need.

An overall good experience inside and out. The gas pump area was clean, the windshield cleaner fluid was full, and there were both windshield cleaners (squeegee) and towels. Inside I was greated twice, and the men's bathroom was clean. We didn't buy any food, but the shelves looked well stocked, and there were about two dozen individual slices of pizza that looked recently cooked. They also had warm sandwhiches. We arrived around noon on a Sunday.
