Ihop - Urbandale

I went to pick up a takeout order at this restaurant and was greeted right away. My food was ready in less than 10 minutes and it was delicious. This is the best place for a quick and tasty breakfast.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was assisted by Rikki. My husband and I were a bit anxious when we saw that it was full, but Rikki was exceptional from start to finish! I ordered the Reese's pancake combo for Halloween, while my husband had the Apple Combo. My dish was covered in peanut butter, and when I mentioned it to Rikki, she offered to help. I tried a bite and realized it was too much, I couldn't even taste the pancakes. Without hesitation, she brought me a few complimentary plain pancakes that were absolutely delicious. Rikki took the time to chat with us, was incredibly attentive, and truly one of the best servers we've ever had. We had an absolutely fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to request her as our server again!

My pastor and mother organized a Fats Tuesday event for our and other surrounding churches. We're together for food and scholarship. And the people at IHOP were very nice and with the exception of our time of worship. The food was great and the whole experience was excellent. I wouldn't just say it was a great place for a meal, but IHOP was very warm to us who were there to worship together. High brands around this IHOP in fact!!

Our server was great and attentive and brought everything we needed. I had a little fun with her because she is pleasant to speak and I was so sure she was Indian, but she surprised me with her ethnicity and I wanted to visit or where she is out.

The staff at Ihop was amazing! My daughter really wanted to go there, and I'm so glad we did. The service was quick, the food was delicious. A big shoutout to the staff for making our experience great.
