Jimmy John's - Urbandale

Everything I go to the drive thru and order my sandwich with no mayo or mustard. It still comes with it. I only get 30 for lunch and by the time u take it back in and wait in line again. Who needs lunch. Wth.

I've been ordering takeout from this restaurant for two years, and I've yet to receive a correct order. Whether it's missing napkins, sandwiches that aren't cut, or completely incorrect items, there's always an issue.

I enjoy using the drive-thru whenever I forget my lunch for work. They always prepare my food quickly, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

The service here is incredibly slow. It's definitely not as quick as advertised. I've been waiting for more than an hour and a half, and I still haven't received my sandwich.

Typically, the service is quick, and the food is generally consistent. I usually order the Unwich lettuce wraps, but the amount of filling can vary. Sometimes they have more ingredients, and other times, there’s less. It really depends on who prepares them on any given day.
