Perkins Bakery - Urbandale

As always, Perkins for victory. Our greeting was personal and he was thanked to my fathers' needs (a walker). Our waiter was on everything and a real good person. Our cashier was a nice man who attacked the computer problems. A very relaxing experience in what a s**tshow might have been. Thank you.

My table was beautiful and clean, and our wonderful server Tristan was so welcoming and friendly! Definitely my favorite Perkins to go!

Tristan has served us for the last 3 Wednesdays and is exceptional what he does. He is very merciful about his work, the restaurant and make you very welcome!!

I ordered the meat leaf with advice from a friend. I'm so glad I did it! It was really seasoned and was moist and delicious!! The rice turned it off.

Well we 're to start we were greated with a Welcome to Perkins ! The manager I believe her name was Marlisa was very prompt and got my kids and I seated. I have to say everytime my kids and I come here she is always busy doing the jobs of 5 people and is always very nice. Calley was our server she was GREAT! Food was awesome! My kids love the Mac n cheese! And to end the evening there was issues with the computers/credit card machines were super slow and there were people kind of getting frustrated but with every customer Marlisa explained and apologized with a smile. I don 't know how you girls do it but THANK YOU!!
