Pizza Ranch Urbandale

The soda machines smelled like bleach when you poured soda. Told employees and they said they were putting chemicals it in to try and clean it and fix the soda machine but it was still up for people to get drinks. All of the food was old and stale. Employees were coughing up a storm seemed sick. Normally a good time there but this time was horrible what a waste of 38 dollars.

Came in 10 minutes before close, Unfortunately that is our bad we thought it closed an hour later. Regardless Heith let us know they would be closing soon but that he would keep it open for us to eat! He made us new food to put on the buffet served us. His energy was extremely welcoming, we really appreciated him letting up stay to dine after they closed being very accommodating.

Very enjoyable! The entire staff, from the order takers, to the ones refilling the buffet to the ones clearing the table all were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating to our group of 12 senior citizens. The price was good and the food was excellent and it was so nice to have the private room to visit and everyone with hearing problems could still hear what was going on.

What is the point of being open until 10 and closing the buffet at 9, if the buffet closes early then wouldn't it make sense to close at 9? This is very misleading......

I am really disappointed I eat at this pizza ranch all the time but decided this week that I would get things to go, twice! Both times cheese Stix was over done no extra cheese. Pizza didn't have hardly any chicken on it and was over done. The biscuit is way over done. I don't even want to eat this meal and I spent over $50 there this week alone! Not happy to say the least!
