Scooter's Coffee - Urbandale

I am very lucky that I live within 2 miles of three Scooter's locations 10155 Hickman Rd, 7500 Hickman Rd, and a new location at 4566 University Ave. I normally go to the location at 10155 Hickman because it's on the way to where I am traveling. Not anymore. I will pass this location as often as possible to go to the store on University Ave. Today I went to get my large peach vertigo smoothie. The person taking my order (red ponytail, colorful glasses, smart watch with rainbow band) got it wrong. I didn't get the extra red bull that comes with the order (the person that made it had a black ponytail) , and they didn't offer my two dogs a pup cup. This is the third time in a row that I've been to this location and there was either something wrong with my order or my dogs weren't offered a pup cup. I never have this problem at the University Ave location everyone is friendly and nice and they always offer a pup cup. I am sure that nothing will come from this but I will not frequent this location if there is any other option.

Blenders always good. Breakfast burrito ???? tastes decent but worth more like $1 vs the $4 price.

Quick, friendly and tasty! My mom has been talking this place up for a long time and I understand why. I got 3 fancy drinks, all 3 made with non dairy milk, it came to about 18 bucks... kind of pricey for what it is, but probably half the price of Starbucks. Also, they were roughly one thousand times better than Starbucks. Employees were pleasant and upbeat!

I didn?t enjoy coming here. I paid extra to have oat milk in my coffee and got regular milk.. I have an allergy and cannot have regular milk. By the time I realized, I was already almost to work. Service was also just ok, nothing special. I usually go to the scooters on mills civic parkway, which is a fantastic location and I love the people there. Will not be coming to this one again

Great stop for coffee anytime of day. Coffee is always fresh and full flavored. Always get a bright friendly voice when I pull up to order!
