Subway - Urbandale

I have been going to this subway for more than a year and I’ve seen a lot of their employees come and go. Tonight was different. Best service I’ve ever seen from any Subway. Kieran and Nick were phenomenal. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Both of them were kind and respectful. I absolutely will be coming back after tonight’s experience. Ordered a foot long roast beef, Ordered it with 50% more meat, only 4 slices on whole sub, that's not extra in my book.

Went to this location at 10 when it says everywhere they open at 8. Went up to see if they were open because the lights were off. Literally saw someone sitting inside the store. So I called the store and I wasn't given a time that they were going to be open but someone was there.

November 2023, this Subway does not take paper coupons you get through the mail.

We went out of our way to get to this location. Had a BOGO coupon. The kid behind the counter said this location doesn 't accept coupons. The computer doesn 't know how to process them . Oddly enough, my Subway app also had a BOGO offer but it has to be ordered using the app. My wife I decided not to waste anymore time here, if we are going to pay full price, we might as well go to Firehouse Subs closer to our house. FH subs are 10x better anyway.
