Domino's Pizza Ankei Famous Store

Horrible experience tonight. First time in two years driver claims he can’t find our address. On top of it there was no call to let us know of the issue. We were waiting for about an hour and a half. When we called they said they could not find address. We gave them the address again, they told us it would be a few minutes. After another 40 minutes we called back and once again they said they couldn’t find the address but yet no call. They asked if they could make the pizza again but we said to just refund us the money. We will see if we ever get the money back. Horrible customer service. Driver turned off gps tracker on app. Store never informed us. Dishonorable service.

Decent pizza much cheaper than most Japanese pizza places but what won me over was the pizza academy. It's 2000 yen for each child and they can make their own pizza and you get a dominoes apron and hat. They even have a girl that speaks English if you're interested

Medium pizza was extremely small and I paid 28 bucks. I bought the specialty quad pizza with 4 different tastes, tasty but not worth price. Bought online for carryout so did not notice size until I got home and opened. My husbands hand stretched out basically covered the pizza.

Good customer service experience and good pizza (2 large- pepperoni). Two girls there and one spoke really great English. Took my husband's order accurately. And gave us free breadstick coupon and mentioned another one online we could redeem. We were hesitant to try this one bc of the crappy reviews but when I read them I translated them and saw how petty they were and my husband who ordered from this location by accident but it was really good. The were empty inside, probably from all the bad reviews or maybe it was the day of the week.. idk but if i don't have to wait in a massive line and get good service I will return. No wait, good service, coupons. Sold. Oh yeah and I hate dominoes back in the states. I'm more of a Sal's NY pizza or at least papa johns but no such thing exists here... just like good Mexican food unless I make my own lol. This dominos was really good and an assume substitute for a pizza craving cause Pizza Hut on base tastes like plastic and at least I know here we are getting real ingredients. Recommend 100%. If anything changes, I will change my review.

They were very fast and punctual with the time given. I walked right in and paid for my pizza. In and out in 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly!
