Eating is easy from the level of a 1 michael star restaurant. this is thanks to the cook, which is not only a lover of the great and very local product, but also a real passion for cooking, more concentrated on the creation than the win. the personal was more than nice to organize a devastation menu only for us on the day of our high-time proposal, which was not offered on the menu at that time because of the kovid. the price is ideal for what they get in their teller, 7.5K ar$ for a complete menu and cocktail wine pairing, and only high quality product. I wish I knew the place before, I would have gone every night. Thanks again!
Had a great experience! we loved the delicious kings crab and wild salmon, as well as the fragile desert. very friendly staff.
If they are in ushuaia, this is a place they have to eat. eating is unbelievable, with taste I had never lived in my life before, with local ingredients such as sea worm and seaweed from the beagle channel. chef jorge is friendly and a real genie with his culinary skills. the personal is attentive (the restaurant of the world after every cure clears the tables of the crumbs?! and really just amazing. excellent value for money and can not recommend this place very well enough. probably earns at least 2 michelin stars!
Jorge is an absolute magician in the kitchen and also the kindest chef we’ve met while traveling the globe. The tasting menu was the perfect size and didn’t leave us feeling overly stuffed which is common in many Michelin restaurants in the states Europe. Don’t let the smaller portions fool you because the taste is powerful and the food delivers a wide array of flavors. A must try when in Ushuaia.
