Feedback gevenI usually love arbys but I ordered something new and it was a huge mistake. I ordered the burger and it was not fully cooked. I’m a nursing mama so I was starving and didn’t realize how pink it was until I was halfway done. I really hope it doesn’t make me sick.
Our food tasted good. It was nice and hot. Service was good.
Went through the drive through and half of our order was missing. We ordered the $12 family pack and a classic roast beef sandwich. We only received 2 roast beef classics and 2 fries. We were missing 4 sliders, 2 fries, and 1 roast beef classic. Called them up to get a refund and they couldn’t give us one. We did not have the meats.
We ordered a #1 double which comes with cheese. So all we got was mear and no cheese. I called and complained and they said thanks for letting us know and hung up. I complained on the survey and asked to be contacted and no one has called and it's been a week almost. This is a corporate store and not a franchisee. To bad corporate doesn't even meet the standards of their franchisee in Provo in East Bay.
Love Arby's Gyros and French Dips. This one is the biggest Arby's I've been to and ot was clean.
