Pizza Hut - Utah

Ordered a pizza at 7:30 pm for delivery then got a text message saying it was gonna be delivered by door dash by 8:40pm, and now it's going on9:20 and still noone has arrived. Bad quality of service I don't recommend this place to anyone. It'aways

Order a Pizza at 8pm. Received a text at 8:30pm saying it was on it's way for delivery. Waiting til 10pm for pizza and try to call the store, only to find out he store was already closed and pizza never showed up.

Order a box dinner at 11:36am. Doordash never showed up. I received an email that it would be delivered by 12:36pm. Called the location and they confirmed Doordash never picked it up. Only offered to cancel my order and get a refund. I should have read the past reviews. I surprised this location is still open.

Paid $4.50 to add extra mushrooms to The Edge pizza. This resulted in 14 mushroom slices added to a large pizza. Will never order from Pizza Hut again.

Ordered for delivery. The delivery was picked up by door dash and the guy dropped it off at the front office of my apartment building. I was annoyed after an hour and a half and still having not received it, but after speaking with the manager, he refunded my money AND sent out a fresh order to replace the one that got lost along the way. They heard my concerns, and owned up to them, and made me happy in the end. I will definitely order from them again. Real human interaction. Nice people. Good … – show
