We were told that the three cars in the drive thru we’re going to take first priority, and that if we wanted to wait they could take our order in 45 min to an hour, and that they were drive thru only at the moment. They claimed they only had two employees working, and that was why. I counted 6. It honestly looked like they were prepping for a Halloween party for the staff in the dining area. Have been turned away mulriple times during business hours when ordering in the lobby with a comment that, “were only doing drive through” or “lobby is closed so you can't dine-in”. I expect during your scheduled hours I'd be able to order inside and eat there too. If you're craving popeyes, I would go to one of their other locations and not this one.
VERY disorganized. We placed an online order and went to pick it up right away, only to wait 15ish minutes and the workers looked like noone knew what they were doing. When we finally got the food. They forgot 2 things. My husband went back in and they STILL forgot something. We said forget it. Won't be returning ever.
This location used to have great staff but the restaurant has been plagued by issues recently. The store frequently loses Internet and credit card processing. They are often out of promotional and standard items. The staff used to be lovely, but recently had become rude and dismissive of customers. It is obvious they are frustrated by being stuck holding the bag for Management's failures. This franchisee needs to pay for better people and fix these problems ASAP.
First time ever trying to eat at popeyes and it was a horrible experience. The person at the register couldn’t even take my order because he lacked understanding and comprehension. We waited 40 minutes and still did not receive our food, I walked up to the front asking about the food and did not get a response for another 5—10 minutes.
