We stayed in a cabin. The cabin was comfortable. The view was awesome. That's where it stopped. There was NO room service. There was NO breakfast… just coffee and stale bakery or a protein bar. There was NO electricity in the bathroom. Thanks to a wonderful person at the front desk who brought us a 50ft outdoor extension cord so a blow dryer could be used in the bathroom. My wife and I both had a fantastic sirloin steak. It is a rustic restarant with a great view! The prices are lower than the other steak house in town. Impeccable service by Cherrie who was our waitress.

Our experience was just ok. We got to the restaurant at 5:35 with a 6pm reservation. We knew we were early but thought we could just wait or get a drink and wait. The waiter at the door told us we’d “have to leave and come back at 6.” I understand we were early, it was just a weird way to word it when they had chairs for waiting behind us. Everything we had was excellent from the salad, to the side dishes and main entrees (steak and ribs), with perfect amounts of seasoning in our opinion. Service was friendly and views of scenery were great. Will definitely come back next time we visit the area.

Amazing restaurant in the middle of nowhere!! We ordered a trout and a burger with soup. Everything was home made, way above our expectations!! Don’t forget to order pecan pie!! It’s to die for!!
