Ihop - Utica

Eat perfectly. Waitstaff worked like a team. Manager was curious and did a fantastic job to turn the place around!!!

Great food! Very modern mansion. Good customer service. And who does not enjoy free Wifi for customers, especially if it keeps the children occupied until the delicious food arrives!

Melissa was my and my family waitress and she was amazing, she was super sweet and friendly. she was the best waitress I ever had and I would like her to be my waitress next time. she had an amazing attitude, overall I give her personality a 10/10 and her work a 100/10. she was super pleasant when we got our waitress.

French toast was great. We met a lovely young lady our server who came North from Orlando Florida to Utica so she could experience Winter Snow. We wished her luck gave her more information bout the area and surrounding. What she can do during the other 3 Seasons before she decides to return south.

Our food was decent. Exactly what you'd expect from an IHOP. The service lacked a bit, our waitress did inform us that she was new. She was very nice so we hope she's there when we go back. Overall we were pleased as usual and will be back.
