Little Caesars Pizza - Utica

The food took an hour to arrive, it was cold, they got our dips wrong, and the extra sauce containers were barely filled. We tried to call at 10:05 but the restaurant was already closed.

This restaurant needs to reevaluate their practices as they are handling people's food. I would give it 0 stars if that were an option.

I ordered two cheese pretzel pizzas from DoorDash, but received two pepperoni pretzel pizzas instead. As a Muslim family, we do not eat pork or pork products, so I was disappointed to have wasted my money on food we cannot eat. DoorDash did not reimburse me and Little Caesar's kept the money I spent. I am left with food we cannot consume and no refund.

They gave me food poisoning from there pizza was not fully cooked at all ….called to tired to let them know that they gave me food poisoning and the manger of the store was very rude and told me it was not possible that I wouldn’t get food posioning until 72 hours after eating my food

The employees here are great!!!! Best Little Ceasers I've been to!!!
