Was there today 20th April between 12.00 and 1.00 and the two ladies who were working there and served me were amazing and really helpful. I accidentally spilt my hot chocolate and they came over straight away and cleared up and were so nice about it. Wish all your staff was as polite and helpful. Shame I didn't get their names. Can you thank them for me.
Just want to commend the staff at knights park costa .....I work in the retail.park and go in daily. They are currently understaffed and working many hours yet still with a smile on their faces, some days not able to take a break. Though sadly today I've witnessed some very rude customers who should really take a second and think before they speak so unkindly to these young people it's uncalled for and they should be ashamed. So those that read this please in future just take a minute and think do I really need to be a Karen today. Knights park costa staff if your reading this your doing great
My 87 year old mother (in a wheelchair) and I selected sandwiches for toasting and, 10 minutes later, as we approached the till we were told we couldn't have them as the store was closing in 20 minutes due to a lack of staff and a plumbing issue! I'm not surprised you're unable to recruit staff for this appalling place. Awful! We won't be returning and will be talking about this for some time.
Told to leave after we walked in with an elderly (14 years old dog in a push chair. Staff couldn’t answer why having a dog in a push chair was any different to a child in a push chair given that our dog can’t walk so wouldn’t touch the floor at any point. Given the percentage of households with a dog now, it’s incredibly outdated to not allow well behaved dogs in. Go to Starbucks over the road, they welcome dogs :
