Feedback gevenThis review is about neither the coffee nor the atmosphere its a really busy service station Now the service was slow but that was not a staff problem but an equipment failure 50% (the other coffee machine was kapput after being fixed in the morning but sadly broke down a hour or two after it was fixed) Why I am writing this is to say that Marcus handled the situation of a long queue splendidly No blame being assigned just went as fast as was possible kept order and kept people informed and that's why you get 5stars managing a crisis Truly a Hospitality professional All the customers who were moaning and groaning really created a bad atmosphere so that explains the 2 stars
Went there to order 2 ice lattes, waited in the que for 10 min to be told at the counter they run out of ice. could have saved me and other people if they had placed a sign.
Inconceivably slow. Three staff managing to great a cue out of the store. And a 25 minute wait for a coffee. Won’t be back
Stop for coffee, Karl was brilliant quick happy service.
Big shout out to Thomas for the great service. We were sitting outside and a lady had her dog and couldn’t leave her with anyone as the dog was shy. Before I could go in and get the lady’s drink Thomas took her order and offered watered for the dog .
