Jack In The Box - Uvalde

Driving back from Del Rio and stopped for late breakfast. Everything was good other than the employee's arguing up front.

We had a bigggg order we had been skeptical to come back to jack in the box Uvalde as of past experiences weren’t so great. But what change! Wow breath of fresh air really. Those sandwiches did not disappoint cooked to perfection as well as taste delicious. We also got the halves fries which were fresh and perfect amount of salt. Just want to take the time to thank the team Sunsirae, Benny Benito and Julie for your excellent customer service you went out of your way to assure us that our meal was being cooked right and just went well above customer service. Best service I’ve had at a local Uvalde fast food restaurant in a long time others take note! thank you kindly! Faith in jack in box restored! Stopped by the Uvalde location on our way to San Antonio. The girls made our tacos perfect. Fresh lettuce added. The way they packed them was great. Thank you.

There was a VERY nice young lady at the drive thru window... I should have gotten her name. She was absolutely , hands down , the kindest , most polite person . I got chicken nuggies for my pups and a croissant sandwich for my momma. Food was hot , standard JITB. But I will go back. Because the service was like no other. Thank you for making my day brighter young lady!!

It was good. They were just out of the regular 2 taco special. So I got the monster tacos instead.
