Kebab Choice Uxbridge

We celebrated a birthday here and the staff were helpful in the group booking.

We have dined alot at Zizzi at different locations and love the menu and concept. We have always had good value and good service. However this was not the case at Uxbridge. Small portions, long delay to main course and no one really interested in us. 6 small prawns with a £10.50 prawn salad. !!! wow. Seemed understaffed and too busy. Didnt bother to stay for desserts, went elsewhere . Took ages to get bill and I had to get up and go to 3 different card terminals before one would work. Very dissapointing. Ask and Prezzo in Uxbridge much better,

This was a very disappointing experience. After a good start of ordering our meals and drinks, we drank our Prosseco, 2 further soft drinks and ate our anti pasta. We then had to wait an hour before I asked a waiter where our mains were. He disappeared for a further 15 minutes and then sheepishly came back and explained it would be another half an hour before we received our mains! At this point, we along with the couple next to us in the same situation, promptly upped and left without paying.

I remember when Zizzi use to serve great food. I was so disappointed with the food how can pasta be so wrong? Service was OK and my starter was edible however my pasta carbanara was hard and tasteless. Twice now I have been but will be heading back to pizza xpress.

Shame that my booking through Top Table did not show up on Zizz’s booking list, but as I was informed by the host, we were lucky as they weren't busy and could fit my party of 4 in for dinner. Food was good despite the communication between Top Table and Zizz’s
