Feedback gevenSpent over $100 for 4 dinners through Uber eats and Swiss Chalet Uxbridge completely forgot one of the dinners. When we called to ask if we could just pick it up since they’re four people waiting to eat they tried to say it was in there when it left so it’s not their fault. Except they seal the bag with their sticker so you know nobody has opened it.Absolutely horrible service, will not order again. Looks like we’ll give our service somewhere else every week.

Really great service from this location! I forgot a few sauces on my online order so called the store to add them. The (very pleasant gentleman who answered the phone found my order quickly and added the sauces to my order free of charge. It was very unexpected and kind! Great service and the food is always consistently good too. we will certainly be back many times : thank you!
Went there for anniversary with wife. Place has changed. Looked good. Food was excellent. Will go back.
I ordered food through the restaurant's app and was informed that it would be ready in 20 minutes. After driving 20 kilometers to pick up my order, I was notified 3 minutes before the pickup time that they had run out of chicken. I was disappointed to learn that Swiss Chalet Chicken was out of chicken. To make matters worse, the charge had not gone through yet, and I was told it would take up to 2 days to receive a refund. Frustrated, my family decided to go to Boston Pizza instead. As a visitor to the area, I was unimpressed with the lack of communication provided to guests and would not consider returning to this restaurant.
