Great bistro, food, staff and drinks. Especially the toasts, fish and escargots!

This was hands down one of the very best dining experiences I've had in a long time. I can highly recommend the vegetarian sweet potato main dish and the french toast dessert. Pure perfection! Also, the waitresses were very professional and knowledgeable, able to in detail describe every single thing on the table including drinks, guide on local beer etc. The chefs were very friendly and helpful as well. Very very highly recommended especially for a price I would only consider as extremely fair for this amazing experience! If I ever get the chance to visit Vasaa again, this is an absolute must re visit for me. Thank you Ernst Salonger, this experience will be remembered for a long time, both in regards of the food and the service!
