Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Vacaville

Very disappointed in service. I was on Wednesday night after my graduation with all my children on the drive thru and was very excited that everyone had a shake. lisa worked the drive thru and when she gave me my first shake that belonged to me, she gave it to me flooded was very chaotic I asked her if she could give me a serviette with any shake, but that wasn't happening. I was disappointed by all our shakes that they seemed very melted. I had to go back in because they didn't give me a reception.

I was happy with the fast, friendly service. I was disappointed by the pommes. I drove all day and night, I was on hot rides. my child chased after the soft. we'll be on the road at 21:30. the place is dark as if you were driving into a tunnel gloomy. the shaded trees are great during the day, but in the night it was creepy. attn manager: improve their lighting for security and so their customers can see them. also the ice machine did not work and there was no vanilla. the only choice of my child was a chocolate bizzard that was not disappointed. I paid for my fries and in my excitement (and wanted to leave this dark place), I went back without my money card. So I parked, got in and ran in. the male cashier was apologised not to return the card to me, and I saw he secured it in the office. kudos to him? so about the fritten we were already on the autobahn when we realized that the newly cooked frits were mixed with mostly old Staleries. not good. I know it's just pommes, but if you want to drive all day and want to satisfy that. you have to do something and old pommes just don't do it. I do not expect Michelin Star food or service, I just want hot freshly cooked frits.

Burger was microwave and pommes were cold. oreo mint shake was pretty good, not as thick as you wished, but it was good. in the burger, both minen and mine dame.

The best blizzards my family and I ever had. in other dqs one of us will normally get one that is not filled with beats or mixed well, but we all have well stocked blizzards and the staff was fast and beautiful! I was just through this city, but I'll stop next time I'm in the opposite.

As far as food goes Dairy Queen is far from good. The icecream is pretty good.. I'll go back for the treats and that's about it
