Fuji Sushi Buffet - Vacaville

This restaurant is fantastic. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys sushi. The drive from Sacramento to Vacaville is not a problem for me, as the delicious food and great service make it worth it.

One of my daughters and I discovered this place about a year ago. I highly recommend it. Always long lines that go fast and the staff very friendly. You can place orders for Teriyaki salmon, miso soup and other items as well.

The best option for what we are sushi lovers, I love it because it has a great variety of sushi flavors and they are all delicious.

The sushi at this restaurant is always freshly made and delicious, with great appetizer options. I recently discovered they also offer raw oysters. The wait staff was a bit slow in checking on us, but they were quick in clearing the table and bringing the check. Overall, a satisfying dining experience.

No small boats but great food on small plates with lids circling around excellent chefs. Met the owner of 3 Fuji buffets to boot.
