The chicken filet inside the chicken sandwich was very small for the first time. -so disappointing The other items were on point .

ZERO sauces for the shrimp and chicken strips. 2 small red beans&rice instead of the LARGE I paid extra for. SMALL POPCORN SHRIMP instead of the larger butterfly shrimp I ordered with cocktail sauce. no butter for the biscuit or dipping sauce at all. fail

Great experience today only because of an employee named Kendra. I received amazing customer service and friendliness over and above what I expected or ever received in the past. Great job and thank you to Kendra. Please hire and or train more employees like her !!!!

Customer service is not a concept well understood by the workers at this establishment, especially the drive thru. They also don't know the difference between chicken tenders and chicken wings/thighs. If you decide to test your luck here, I recommendtriple checking your order to make sure you actually get what you ordered/paid for.

Our crispy chicken sandwich didn't have any breading and was soggy. Our fries weren't full and it's bag had a hole in the bottom! My son's kids meal didn't have it's toy in it and missing apple sauce!
