Da Pizza Planet - Vadodara

I'd rather say the salad was better compared to the pizzas. Highly overrated according to the quality they serve. Also the waiters need to trained, all they lack were serving manners. Didn't had a good time.

I had been to da pizza planet- Pancham complex before. This place is well known for its unlimited meals- from soup , salads to garlic breads and 4 varieties of pizza- unlimited including brownie for desert;) so , it's one of those pocket friendly place where one can have tons of food and can go into food coma;) taste and quality was average- not bad not good - Mexican rice turned out to be a good one .. I liked pizzas with creamy paneer so does the double cheese margarita!! Second time i orders pizza for home delivery from vasna outlet - miami heat and tandoori paneer!! First of all they denied home delivery so we did ' take away'. Miami heat was really spicy, but crisp and hot. Instead of tandoori paneer, they gave us veggie exotica!! We waited for them as we were told that they would change the pizza and would give us the one with paneer. Despite of the fact that waited and double checked the order, when we opened the box , it turned out to be veggie exotica, which was not ordered. Huge disappointment and negligence!! We complained the manager on phone . He literally fought with us and told there was no paneer available in kitchen !! Finally he returned money for the pizza! But such a bad experience we had !! I would give 3 for first visit but -1.5 for this negligence!

Came here to get pizza and garlic bread for home. I would say it took so much time (1 hr to be precise) to get the parcel ready that half d appetite vanished. No doubt the food was too good but waiting this much is not at all acceptable, especially in this competitive world.

Service is slow. No proper management. When I went they said the have some issue in there kitchen. Pizza was not that great. It was one time, can't waste money on it.
