It consists of a delicious miso broth, an abundance of tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and a range of toppings such as seaweed, spinach, green onions, and jalapeños, enhanced with hot chili oil and soy sauce. Additionally, there's a vegan bean bowl and quinoa vegetable soup available. The vegan burger remains on the menu as well.
There were limited vegan options available, but the staff was very helpful with my inquiries. The food was amazing, especially considering we were at an altitude of 11,000 feet!
I had to ask several employees about nutritional restrictions and allergens before I finally received any assistance. Eventually, I discovered that I could order the sweet soup, so I did. However, the staff member I spoke to didn't even know what type of soup that was! I ended up starting to eat the broccoli cheddar instead, unsure if it was what I had ordered. They mentioned that the French fries were good, but my dish contained bits of chicken from a previous order, which was unappetizing. Additionally, the restrooms were filthy. Is it permissible for customers to bring their own food?
