Feedback gevenI recently tried the double-tender sandwich combo at this new restaurant. Unfortunately, the salad was wilted and seemed to have been prepared days before. It was disappointing to see such poor quality, especially since it is a basic component of the sandwich. I could not bring myself to eat it. Perhaps this kind of food would be acceptable at a food bank, but I did not expect this at a regular restaurant. I will not be returning to this place.
This restaurant is not worthy of being called KFC. The food I ordered was disgusting and I will never return.
Stopping at this restaurant for a quick dinner was the worst decision. The "new crispy" chicken pieces were extremely sharp and not enjoyable to eat. When I removed the overly crispy skin, there was five times more skin than actual meat. The pieces were so small, you could only take a bite of chicken. A half a leg was considered a piece, so getting eight pieces in a dinner meant only receiving 1/4 of an actual meal. The fried chicken was overcooked and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
15 minutes waited to get my order, even if it was time in the evening and they would have had chickens ready for the rush. it was awfully fat and saturated the imer. the coating was cloby and since I have some chicken cooking experience, this is...in the rule of adding fresh coating mix in the machine to coat the bun. they try to coat the shun and stretch the coating mixture as far as they can lead into pieces. the lonely guy in the kitchen could not stop, he obviously tried to run on a skeleton crew to save money. according to my opinion, the KFC standards have not grown. the pieces are now also cut to new wise, so they are smaller, so that their 18 pieces are like an old 12 st.
Always like the chicken fingers, but the chicken sure has gotten smaller these days. They advertise the Crispy chicken which I love and have been there 3 times and they never have it. Saying there isn't a demand for it?? Maybe if they had some...ready more people might get it. It's usually a hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken is so tender and other times it's pretty chewy. Hate to say anything bad, but it's got pretty expensive for what it is sometimes.
