Our server, Julie, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. She was polite, professional, and friendly. The omelet was made with fresh ingredients and was delicious. The steak fries were also very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch.
Generous portions at a great price. This restaurant doesn't cater specifically to tourists, as it is a well-known local favorite. The menu offers a variety of options, including pizzas, souvlaki, steak, shrimp, and fish and chips. Everything we tried tasted good. The service was not overly friendly, but not rude either, likely due to the busyness of the restaurant. We visited on a Friday night and the place was packed. If you're looking for a hearty meal away from the touristy areas, this is a good option. Don't expect gourmet cuisine, as that's not their focus. They do try to assist in English to some extent.
This restaurant operates like a well-oiled machine, always delivering on its promise of comfort food. Our family and friends are regulars here, so the waitstaff often knows our orders before we even have to say anything. Friday is a special day for us at Le Villageois, as the soup of the day is always pea soup, and their soup selection is truly top-notch. Their pizzas, pastas, and Greek-inspired house salad with oil and vinegar dressing are all incredibly delicious. The meat sauce and their special Maison dish, a loaded rigatoni, are also highlights. They offer a variety of fish and chicken dishes that are both affordable and well-prepared. The restaurant is always bustling, with full parking lots and potential wait times on weekends if you don't make a reservation. Le Villageois is a true gem, thanks to their consistently delicious food and fantastic service. In a tough industry to keep customers coming back year-round, they have definitely found the winning formula.
The staff is friendly, but some do not speak English and do not even try. Food is plentiful and very good. The only bad thing is the Caesar Salat Dressings is awe full.
We recently visited this restaurant for the first time with my parents (not their first time) and I understand why they like it so much. Friendly smiles from the moment we walked in and attentive service throughout. Varied menu offers something for practically everyone and...very affordable prices as well in addition to generous portions. Hardly had room for dessert but we did manage the baklava!
