Captain D's - Valdosta

I almost never have issues at this Location but this is the one time that I did ! No need to go into details Bc I’m 100% satisfied with the outcome !! Manager Sophie went above and beyond the call of duty even with a very busy inside and a drive thru wrapped around the building to accommodate and correct my order ! Every restaurant makes mistakes but thanks to this business for getting it right and displaying top notch customer service! Good customer service still does exist! Thanks!!

Food always fresh but be prepare to wait for long periods of time. A co-worker of mines waited 25mins before getting his money back due to them prepping door dash orders.

Last night 7 11 2022 at the captain d’s in valdosta, ga. the 4 pc fish meal with sides of 2 loaded baking potatoes, which is an additional 1.59 ea. When we picked them up, they were made of baked kartoffels! we asked if we could get a double order of French pommes and okra to accredit us for the 3.18 loss on the kartoffels. they said they couldn't do that! I eat here at least once a week! the fish was over cooked and very hard to eat! it was a terrible experience. I don't think I'm going back!

Will change to 5 if they actually make my fish fresh when request instead of throwing old fish back in the grease

I used to love coming here but now, they are always out of something and it’s takes forever to place an order and get your food!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!
