Steak 'n Shake - Valdosta

I was traveling with a friend and we were feeling hungry, so we decided to stop at a restaurant.

Totally automated. if they ask for help, she'll get my fault. it took 25 minutes to get our food and the fries were cold. after 2 o'clock. the machine actually seeks a tipp. accepted to be a family place to not dine quickly. nothing fast and friendly about this.

Absolutely worst steak N-shake I've ever been, and I traveled all the time, they take forever for everything in drive threat. it should be fast to eat. if I wanted to wait 30 minutes for two milkshakes, I would have got a nice ice cream thief.

Not sure why there is always a problem with this restaurant, but the order in the drive through is never easy or fast (and, I understand that they advertise that they cook to order, but there are restaurants that they can go and eat faster than the order of this restaurant). today I moved behind two cars to the line and was waiting for over 20 minutes to order a milkshake. I finally made it before the order-skiosk and waited for 17 of these minutes. After I was asked to wait and did for 17 minutes, I asked if I could order and was told to wait a little longer because they had some problems, so I left with five more cars waiting behind me. Maybe these customers have more luck than I have. I went and went down to the arby’s and ordered a shake and was in less than four minutes with shake in the hand, and two cars were before me.

I wouldn't even give one star but in order to give review you have too. They use to be a great place to go, use to have waitresses to wait on you, now you use a kiosk and order and add tip on kiosk, the waitresses now just call out your name or number and you get your own drinks and walk up to get a tray, not a personable place anymore. Waitress they did have does not talk to customers or check on anything, you do it ALL yourself. Might as well be considered like a McDonald's or something because that's what it turned into. Very dissatisfied with the changes, but ONLY my opinion.....smh sad way to reopen the doors to the public again
