Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Valdosta

I usually have a good experience. However, today's service was extremely disappointing I ordered a speck and avocado grilled cheese. my speck was missing and cheese pieces were not completely melted. also there were burned bits from the ones packed in food. I think the workout and care with the food should be the same as with the smoothing, but it is not. eating is hit or miss depends only on who it makes my sandwich quality is never consistent and after the repeated responses the owner leaves at the reviews, these are not taken seriously. at the plant there is always a dirty mop water type smell.

This place is normally pretty good but the last few visits have been horrid. My grilled cheese wasn't melted and was cold the corn was burnt tasting. The smoothie was good though. But that can't make a good cheese.

We had this for lunch at my work. Someone went and picked it up. I had a buffalo chicken wrap and the lettuce inside of it was very old. There was also no cheese in it oddly enough so it was pretty terrible. I also didn’t receive my chips either. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

This place has really declined with quality of food and smoothies. Employees are rude have attitudes now. Came in with my dog in a stroller ordered then told dogs are not allowed. That’s fine, i asked them to bring my food out while I wait out front. Other customer comes out tells me they called my name. I go back in my order is not on the counter and they looked at me rudely and said they are remaking it. I just got fed up waiting and simply asked for a refund. I will not go again and would not recommend this place now. Go to smoothie king or somewhere else where they treat you with respect. Don’t want any one with attitudes making my food and you shouldn’t either.

Disappointed in smoothie after loooong wait. 2 smoothies $14... No flavor other than way too sweet. Couldn't even drink it Avocalada Flavor is typically not this sweet. Yuck. Refund please or I'll never try again
