Zacadoo's Grille - Valdosta

Over the past few months I have noticed a drastic change in this inner perimeter location. Our orders have all been correct (which is huge for Valdosta). And if that wasn’t enough, the staff’s customer service has sky rocketed! Well done guys!

My husband got the chicken tender box and I got some fries. Everything was hot and fresh.

Service and Food were EXCELLENT! H-o-w-e-v-e-r my 'requested cole slaw ' was omitted from the order... Somewhat understandable with rapid drive-thru pace, yet provided a spot of disappointment upon arriving at my destination...

Great tasting. though the line was long, she pulled pretty fast. the customer service was pretty good. they smiled, were polite, friendly and efficient.

I hate to give you even less than 5 stars because I love some zacadoos. on Saturday at 11:30 am. order 2 cinnamon rolls, came to the house and had to try to give a facelift. Look at this picture and you will understand. besides the extreme lack of icing on the one hand, it was delicious as always! easy fixation for the company to push consistency over the restaurants and every single product.
