Churchill's Fish Chips

The food itself was alright, although I think for the price there should be bigger portions (especially chips). £3.50 for curry sauce is ridiculous. We had waited for over an hour without delivery so I called to enquire and they said it would be another 20 minutes. Another 40 minutes later, I had to call again to be told the driver was on their way. Disappointing.

Average food quality. Not even hot, lukewarm at best. Massively disappointed. Not going to mention the eye watering prices

Beautiful chips....lovely jumbo sausages...friendly staff. Shame about the prices....but other than that ....excelent

We ordered food and it arrived promptly. It was nice and warm. When we opened the fish and chip box and started eating, we were surprised to find that the fish had hair in the batter. We immediately returned to the restaurant to get a refund. The lady, Jamie, who was preparing the food was wearing a hat, but her long hair was still visible. It seemed like she might as well have not worn a hat at all.

Don’t bother ordering. Took my order to include salt and vinegar to be told they can’t put salt and vinegar on?!?! Plus curry sauce…’ran out of curry sauce’ but no one thought to ring me?!? Bland sausage and chips and now £20 lighter!!
