L'osteria In Strada

The service is slow but courteous. The affogato ice cream with berries was delicious. I ordered latte burle’ and it was warm and delicious in this cold weather. Our table was right by the water front so very beautiful. It was very cold though and some heaters or blankets or cushions for the seats would have helped! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

We stopped to buy ice cream and coffee at a take away. The ice cream is great, one of the best we've tasted. But the attitude is terrible. They chased us out of the restaurant to wait for coffee outside, and when we got the coffee and ice cream, they demanded that we leave the restaurant premises in a rude and disrespectful manner. It's sad that a place that thrives on tourism and has great ice cream and coffee is treated in such an unpleasant way.

At the Osteria in Strada we stopped to drink a few fresh drinks but the choice fell on the ice cream cups which we liked... they included whipped cream which we gave up and to be fair it wasn 't counted on the receipt. We approached the staff with education and good manners and they used the same with us. Those who serve for work are not slaves and much less fall into a lower category than those who order . And the since I pay cannot clear rude and rude ways... Wheelchair accessibility: It is possible to sit at a panoramic table overlooking the river even for those with wheelchairs.

Gate open, we stop there to understand whether we should wait or sit... Waiters whiz by without even giving us a glance. So we enter the outdoor space and take a seat, it was full but some tables were free. Well the incredible thing is that we waited at least 15 minutes. with the waiters passing by us without greeting or looking at us and taking orders from the other tables, even from those who arrived after us! We just wanted to order a drink and an aperitif. In the end we kindly called a waitress and she, annoyed, came to take the order in a rude way and brought the two aperitifs which were also disgusting because they were watered down and filled with only ice. My question is why?? Do another job, no one is forcing you to open a place. Not recommended. Waiters and men be less snooty and rude!
