Come Calla - Valencia

We wanted to have dinner far from the areas crowded with tourists and picked this one from a multiple choice of restaurants in residential Valencia. We do not regret our choice at all, the meat was fresh and tasty and the Bunelos quemaos de bacalao are... INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! We loved it. A small remark.. the meat goes with french fries, we did not expect french fries as side dish but some special ideas instead. The restaurant plays originality and it is in the right direction.. I would suggest some improvements to make sure that customers are well persuaded to move farther. Service is ok!

I visited the place with a friend from Valencia. We order something and it was taking incredibly long. My friend kindly reminded about the order. The waiter (which I heard may be the owner) replied: If you 're unhappy about waiting you will wait EVEN MORE because you didn 't have a reservation!!! Obviously he ask for the bill and he said: Yeah, people like you always asks for the bill! and he kept us waiting for the bill. It was the worst experience that I have in Europe.

We read the menu and everything sounded so good so we ordered 4 or 5 dishes and most of them were dissapointing. Our ceviche wasn't good at all (and it had a hair in it). We ordered a Bao and it tasted mostly like mayo. They have a thing called the world's crunchiest pizza (something like that) and it was a few topings on something that seemed like a crunchy tortilla. The only thing I really liked was the chicken wings. The attention wasn't bad, but I can't understand how this place always seems to be full of costumers. Don't think I'm coming back.

Todo muy bueno combina tapas tradicionales con fusión y toque personal creativo y bien presentado el local con aire mediterráneo y el servicio muy atento y correcto.

Menü excelente , entrantes muy buenos , arroces arroces y postre buenisimo
