Off the beaten track. Very tasty seafood, especially the tapas clams. Asked for a glass of white wine and they gave 3/4 of a bottle, which was a bonus. We were the first ones in the restaurant at 9pm, and joined by a couple more tables by the time we finished, so a quiet restaurant, which is just our thing. Service was good, they didn't speak English, but pointing at items on the English menu was good enough, seemed very polite. All in all, a very nice experience.
We went with high expectations to this restaurant , but when we arrived we waited more than 10 minutes before someone talked to us. we order 1 paella and a mariscada (DONT ORDER THIS DISH IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND YOU DONT HAVE NOTHING THAT WORTH THE MONEY) the paella was burned and with an acid flavour, the sangria tasted only like rhum. ONE DAY LATER ME AND MY WIFE HAD RUNNING STOMACH AND WE SPEND 4 DAYS TAKING MEDINES AND VITAMINS TO NORMALISE OUR STOMACH. AT THE END OF OUR ADVENTURE THE BILL : 158€ FOR THE WORST FOOD EVER. MY ADVISE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. i was hoping that this could be an amzing experience and becomes a nightmare
Very fresh, very tasty, highly recomended. We had the tive with bogavante a kind of lobster) and was perfect! We were in spain for 15 data and this was the best restaurant what we went! If you can go there and enjoo. Also the price is good.
This place was a discovery, off the beaten track and a complete surprise. My friend from Italy took us there and I must say true Valencian seafood dishes, fast service and well priced. A very discreet dining area with a clientele which has been frequenting this place for generations. One of the only places in Valencia where you don't have others customers shouting over each other to speak and even the kids at other tables are on their best behaviour!
